TimeCalc+ is developed and maintained by an individual app developer.
TimeCalc+ does not collect, store, process, transmit, or share any personal or non-personal user data.
All calculations are performed entirely on your device. The app does not require account creation and does not track users in any form.
Artificial intelligence tools were used only during the development process to assist with coding, design, and testing. These tools are not integrated into the app, do not run within the app, and do not receive any user data.
TimeCalc+ does not:
If the app includes paid features, all purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. The developer does not receive or store payment or transaction information.
The app does not use third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising services, or tracking frameworks.
TimeCalc+ does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app complies with children’s privacy requirements by design.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app’s functionality changes. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

The app performs time-based calculations based on user input. While reasonable care has been taken, accuracy is not guaranteed in all situations. The developer is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on the app’s output.

All billing, refunds, and transactions are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.
All content, design, source code, and functionality of TimeCalc+ are the intellectual property of the developer. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
